Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global E-commerce Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end global e-commerce logistics and fulfilment operations across international marketplaces and D2C platforms.
This role will be responsible for global inventory control, cross-border logistics execution, warehouse operations, vendor coordination, and process optimization, ensuring a seamless and reliable customer delivery experience across regions such as US, UK, and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global e-commerce operations across international marketplaces and D2C platforms, including Amazon US/UK, Walmart, and other global marketplaces, ensuring smooth logistics execution from order to delivery.
• Own global logistics execution, including international shipping, customs coordination, cross-border fulfilment, last-mile delivery partners, and SLA adherence for markets such as the US and UK.
• Oversee global inventory management, ensuring accurate stock visibility across regions, optimal stock levels, and timely replenishment in coordination with fulfilment and warehouse teams.
• Supervise warehouse and fulfilment operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, international shipping, and returns management, to ensure efficient and cost-effective order fulfilment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, finance, and technology teams to ensure timely, accurate global order processing and continuous improvement of the customer delivery experience.
• Establish and manage strong relationships with global marketplaces, international logistics partners, freight forwarders, customs agents, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and optimize logistics costs.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance global operational efficiency, reduce logistics costs, improve delivery timelines, and scale international e-commerce operations.
• Track, generate, and analyze reports on global logistics KPIs, inventory health, fulfilment performance, shipping timelines, and warehouse metrics to support data-driven decision making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of e-commerce operations and logistics professionals, fostering accountability, performance excellence, and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on global e-commerce trends, international shipping regulations, marketplace policies, and emerging logistics technologies to maintain competitiveness and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in global e-commerce logistics, international fulfilment, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, with a strong focus on execution
Hands-on experience managing D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) logistics operations, including order fulfilment, inventory planning, returns, and last-mile delivery across domestic and international markets
• Demonstrated experience shipping products to international markets (US, UK, and other regions), including cross-border logistics, customs coordination, and international delivery partners
• Strong working knowledge of global marketplaces such as Amazon US/UK, Walmart, and other international e-commerce platforms
• Deep understanding of inventory control, fulfilment workflows, warehouse operations, and global logistics execution
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights and drive process improvements
• Excellent leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination abilities
